RETURN POLICY

All wholesale purchases are final; however, exceptions can sometimes be made. Return authorizations will be made on a case-by-case basis. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee, deducted from the issued refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, if a return is authorized, arrangements and costs of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

We suggest placing an order for single or smaller volumes as “samples” if you want to first inspect a product prior to ordering a larger volume. “Samples” may be eligible for returns with approval prior to placing the order. Contact us with any questions regarding samples.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges or substitutions may be made only with prior written approval. Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee.

DAMAGED, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive the incorrect item or it was damaged upon delivery, please contact us so that we can arrange a replacement or apply a credit to your account. Must be notified of any damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. You will not be responsible for shipping costs of replacement products for damages, missing, or incorrect items.
